Applications are invited for a PDRA position to determine how normal and abnormal collagen synthesis is regulated in stem cells and in fibrotic/degenerative disease. You should have a PhD in a relevant area (Cell/Molecular/Matrix Biology) together with an interest in stem cell research and age-related musculoskeletal disease. Experience of stem cell culture, quantitative RT-PCR, protein labeling and epigenetic analyses would be an advantage. This post is funded by the Medical Research Council (MRC) for 3 years.
